I've said this to almost everyone but need to make sure when you think about sketchbook prompts you don't take them literally. I'm looking for how you think about these prompts creatively. In other words, what could you have done with the dog to make this more interesting and less of a snap shot? That, really, is the only reason for the sketchbook - to step outside of your comfort zone and do something you wouldn't have thought of otherwise.
